Seth Lesser Appointed Flint Water Crisis Class Counsel

On September 22, 2019, Judge Judith E. Levy appointed KL partner Seth Lesser to serve as Subclass Settlement Counsel in In re Flint Water Cases, the federal class action lawsuit seeking justice for the 100,000 residents of Flint, Michigan exposed to elevated levels of lead as a result of insufficient water treatment.
