KL is Court-appointed class counsel in a wage and hour lawsuit brought on behalf of Staples Store Managers alleging that they worked more than 40 hours per week but were not paid overtime pay that the law requires. On April 22, 2008, Judge Patti Schwartz of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey certified the case to proceed as a collective action under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
